The location of the hotel was very central, adjacent to cafes, bars, metro stations and Wenceslas square, and ideally situated. The staff was pleasant and exceptional, helped a lot.

We stayed in one of the Deluxe Suites which are like big apartments. The beds were really comfortable. The location is pretty good, just 5 minutes walking to Wenceslas Square. The staff was really helpful all the time.

Breakfast could be improved, at least the drinks.

The location in a nice quiet area was perfect and there were shopping streets and the Christmas market nearby. Just 5 minutes on foot to Mustek underground, was a big plus. The staff was outstandingly helpful and attentive, everything was very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed the room which was a nice size and air conditioned.
